Jeez... The artist accidentally added Ryuko twice. one near the bottom right where she is laying down on a large blanket and another where she is in the top middle, entering the water with a Senketsu surfboard.

The two Ryuko's isn't an accident. This was a collage done for /a/'s Weekend Waifu Drawthread (WWD for short). At the time there were two requesters for her, and there was beef between them or something. One of them wanted Ryuko added again.

Ok here are all that I have found and added.

"Erza Scarlet" from Fairy Tail. She is on the water on a swimming couch (?)! :D
Very near to her and a little lower and to the right is...

"Fubuki" from One Punch Man, I believe. She is jumping into the waves.

Next one is
"Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade" sitting fairly in the middle of the picture, in the shade of the Sandcastle and eating Donuts just as she likes it. :-)

And then at the right border of the picture, in the "demonic corner" we have

"Shalltear Bloodfallen" from Overlord, and
"Seras Victoria" from Hellsing, making a nice Vampire-Dou not so far away from each other.

Seras is above "Rias Gremory" who is a fairly known character.
I was a little unsure first but then again Seras brought her Gun again, which made me certain.
