To lazy to do translator's notes but,

All the place names are written to make them look like real names:
二成/ふたなり "futanari" becomes 布田成
中出し "naka-dashi" becomes 中田氏
玉袋 "tama-bukuro" ("ballsack") becomes 多麻武玖露
