I mean, Sho's bimbo weiss is nice as ever, but goddamn is Qrow's face in this a turnoff of the worst kind. There's also Weiss' inhumanely long fingers and the very weird perspective/positioning. Seriously, they have barely enough room for their feet place in front of each other, yet Weiss' torso ass-and-above can fit comfortably with Qrow's torso behind it? She's not even casting a shadow on the beam in front of her so it's as though there's far more space. This whole piece is a mess.

Well personally I like it, I think it's great and I would kill to make art this good.
