It definitely is. I saw this girl in a bosshi work recently. It's been translated to both english and spanish, but the english version is locked behind sadpanda and I've never seen the japanese version. The credits say that the date of release was apparently 2013. It's about a girl spontaneously becoming a futa overnight, and judging from the surprise cameo from the futa club's vice prez at the end, it takes place in the futabu world. She might appear in Futabu 7, whenever that actually gets finished.
