- Boots are shorter and shaped differently
- Long gloves are swapped for bracers
- Top is shaped differently and covers slightly more of her midriff
- Flower on belt is shaped differently
- Hair color is now a "yellower" blonde
- Ears are wider

I think I got it all.

The braid in her hair also flipped sides. I'm glad they didn't change too much though, Alleyne always had one of my favorite designs in Queen's Blade.
