first you should slow down, it goes way to fast,
next fix your fucking proportions, (pun)
and then finally, draw more, you need a ton of practice.

well, I'm limited to 150 frames, so slowing it down would make it choppy. You would like it even less.
Secondly, yes I was quite bad at drawing, still am but to a lesser extent.
And finally, currently I am working on a new animation of Nekopara characters, and Vanilla looks stunning in it!
