Man, I remember that cartridge art. Despite the monster or the possible death on display, what really stood out and captivated me was the lady. She had such an interesting design, something unlike anything I’ve ever seen before and the fact that she was taking on a beast that already bested a capable heroic looking dude. Chun-Li left an impression on me the moment I saw her and probably played no small part in my initial interest in the opposite sex.
