I'm thinking the way genetic engineering is going, in about 50 years we'll be able to "grow" or manipulate people to get results like this. That's a very fascinating, and very scarey thought. It's not scarey in the "omg, teh gay!" sense, but in the sense that erotic slave trade could be taken to a whole new level of cruelty by forcing slaves to undergoe procedures to get desired body modifications.
