Digimon games are developed by Bandai Namco,they're an answer to Pokemon,& their origin is not unlike Mr. Game & Watch. Improbable as hell though.

There seems to be more and more people wanting Agumon for Smash recently. He would be actually quite interesting if they used the Digievolution mechanic in his moveset. I like the idea but I doubt it would happen.
