it's one way to show them as evil sure but I think it's also lame and lazy, plenty of porn out there but imagine they showed how awful goblins were if someone walked in and they were eating these girls, using them as human shields, making them work themselves to death, instead they choose something that's completely recoverable...not that terrifying.

They don't hunt them for food or need human labour, it's to sustain the survival of their race. She intruded into their cave with the intent to kill them, so they fought back and had their way with her. She should've known better, especially since in this fantasy world - there's a known threat that goblins can and will do this to females.
