Wait... What did you mean in her lungs... In biology, if something going into lungs, they may died or their lungs is being infection or caseation, and they will slowly dying. Anyway, saying in short words, if your lungs cause some issue, even it's just a little thing... You will die.

PMH he's talking about the fact that in the Xray section of this video the womb is way too high up, and is instead closer to where here lungs would be, Therefore the artists are taking artistic liberties with human anatomy, which should honestly be expected since this is hentai, also getting stuff in your lungs does not automatically mean you're going to die, the hold to the lungs the hold to the stomach are connected and many many many times humans have accidentally gotten food or drinks and anything else humans may be inserted down their throats into their lungs. I myself have had this happen with stuff like Chili, bread, soda, and tea.
so yeah to both of you, its kinda dumb to expect accurate anatomy in hentai, hell the fact that she can even take a dick that much larger than her without dying should have been a tip-off that this wasn't going to be the most realistic thing.
