That's a good question. I would assume so since it's magic that I assume she summons onto her and not some magical stitches woven into the suit.

I can confirm that the markings are suit sensitive. When her bodysuit has a tear on it the markings only show on her suit, not her skin. It would actually make sense that it's only present on her suit as her suit is designed to ward off demons as well.
