Give it some time. If it's a good show the doujins are definitely going to take off. But I'd rather it didn't go mainstream on a large scale.

Sadly popularity and quality don't go hand in hand. A shame because Asuka has a ton of potential for doujinshi.

@Anon2358269 if the writer or creator really want to increase his/her earning, he/she could do some promotion like publishing an artwork, related merchandise or doing doujin art from his work. But i had no idea if he/she really has intention to doing that.
