I wonder how this "pretend-boy" gets along with other girls her age.
Knowing that they have the same genitalia as she does.
I wonder if she gets angry and lashes out at them? Or does she feel a forgotten element of sisterhood and draws closer to them? Feeling comfort and support bathing with them, having them look at her boy, and she looks at theirs.
