The idea is that the hands are covering and holding down the dick; however, it does look like his dick should be visible somewhere near the hands.
The best explanation I can give is that all the lines around the hands are for the four legs and Link just has an extremely tiny dick that is being completely covered by the hands.
Maybe it still makes more sense for Link to be a girl. Well, you can believe whatever you want.

His dick isn't invisible, what looks like his torso is just Zelda's thigh on the back, his hips are connected to hers if you tilt the image sideways for a better look, the hands aren't at the dick
