I'd eat that. And realistically if we were going to cannibalize people it makes sense to either eat the old and young, but only if the young is sick or have disabilities. Basically the least productive members of society can feed the more productive. It reduces the huge human population, helps more healthy humans develop, and reduces costs for labor in many departments of work while providing more food for humanity.
