I imagine it would feel very strange and foreign at first, maybe even unpleasant. But as the stimulation to her erogenous zones continues she would probably begin to have a sexual response. We are all wired that way, after all. She might accept the pleasure or try to fight it, but it's unlikely that she will be able to completely resist.
