I’m not sure how old Bulma is here, maybe around 14 to 16. But I’m pretty sure Roshi is at least several hundred years old and definitely a sex offender at this point. The guy just has no boundaries or restraint and even hits on the wives of his students and people still love the guy. There are times when he shows his age and wisdom and is actually respectable as a fighter, mentor and person but this is not one of them.
