A few more details from artist notes:
The mother starts in the room with instructions to give herself 3 tattoos and then swim underwater to the verification device. The tattoo device will break when she gets in the water, so she basically gets one chance to get it right.
If she fails, she gets a second chance to free her daughter but she does not initially know that. She must fuck the dildo-air pump that will in turn power a piston and retract a spool of cord that will eventually pull a pin out that releases the daughters restraint device. The device will only function correctly if both of her feet on the pedals on either side and she is smiling ( a camera is recording her.)
The change in clothes are micro bikini tops and micro mini shorts.
The tattoo that the mother is giving herself disappears in about a year, so it is not permanent. This is the first time that branding (the daughter) has been introduced.

They can prevent the pregnancies: if the mother takes the tattoo option, the underwater verification machine unlocks all three doors immediately and they can just go.
If the mother doesn't then she has to use the fuck-piston, and that only unlocks Door A (allowing her to prevent the branding, but trapping both of them inside). Doors B and C open automatically after the 12 hour-timer has cycled 6 times. Because 72 hrs is enough to make any pregnancy unstoppable in Sexy-Jigsaw-Land.

The "second chance" dildo is an air pump. By pumping up and down on it, she can pump air thru that hose. At the other end of the hose, on the wall, is the air-activated take-up spool which will eventually wind up enough cord to pull the pin which releases the daughter.
