Not according to Mikuru and all monotheistic religions. After Haruhi gropes her, she askes if Kyon would be willing to marry her since she's "ruined for marriage," but I never did figure out why she asked that.

I'm pretty sure Mikuru says "if [she] was ruined for marriage", emphasis on the 'if'.

I'd have to go back and rewatch it to be sure but the way I remember it, it was after her and Haruhi got in trouble for wearing the bunny outfits at the front gate. And she said something along the lines of "if I'm ruined for marriage will you have me."
