I don't get it. My interpretation is that the boy soldiers decided to be asses and rape the girl soldiers, and now the girl soldiers are pregnant, and thus War were declared, and they get to stay home cos they're pregnant

Pretty much. Thats how it goes in the military where women are allowed to be soldiers. It makes alot of sense to. I dont see how you dont get it.

They wear different uniforms. The males are clearly korean and the females are US soldiers based off off the patterns (females/digital males/bdu). If you go off the caps that the females are wearing, they are probably marines. The male korean soldiers clearly had sex with them and the females are expressing their "love" towards them in the second frame. However, it seems that they do not want to own up to the off-spring.
