Hmmm... My name is in the history but I don't remember deleting this. It was a couple years ago and it doesn't look that bad or rather, it looks much like this artists other works that I wouldn't delete.

If the other mods have no complaints then I'll restore this.

When an image is restored, if it was flagged, the flag returns as well, so my flag was not recent. I will unflag it now. Also, the staff is not made up entirely of those that like lolicon. Please do not make such baseless accusations.

In any case, I've noticed a good handful of similar pics that have been flagged/deleted for "grotesque" or "extreme bodily distension" over the past month or two, when the only thing abnormal about them is a big rack. Dunno if there's some troll going around or not but it might be worth looking into if at all possible.
