The only "adult game site" I've seen that's been remotely reliable initially is:

Problem is the owner updated it months ago to run a few scripts that give pop ups and pop unders that redirect you to some pretty bad sites. I still use it with a very comprehensive system of Adblock+ filters. But it picks up a few flashes you won't see other places occasionally. Swfchan is awesome, but unfortunately doesn't have some type of favoriting system. Another site that gets a lot of flashes is "e621.net", which is a furry site for the most part, but some people still upload content you won't see elsewhere occasionally.
