Best. Mayor. Ever. Proud father, straight-talker, and beats the tar out of more unruly thugs on his morning jog than most cops do in a lifetime.

Definitely a mayor that lives up to his promises of "cleaning up the streets." Simply because criminals either learn the first time, or they're broken in too many places to be a repeat offender.
