The A-10 Thunderbolt II mounts the GAU-8 30mm Avenger cannon, generally having 7 barrels to give it a mind blowing fire rate of around 3900 rounds per minute. Designed to kill tanks during the Cold War, it has now been adapted as a primary close air support unit... In other words, it WILL kill anything you try to shoot at. Finally, the thing is armored in titanium. BEST AIRCRAFT EVER!!!

I'm finding it amusing that this characters marking and uniform are based on the 'German' themed Witches.

I guess that could be somewhat plausible, since Rudel (the real one) provided input on the A-10 when it was been designed...
