Summary:Banner Ad displays regardless of Ad Type settings
Description:Steps to reproduce:
1. Disable banner ads in account settings
2. Browse images, note that banner ads display unexpectedly

Environment:
* Google Chrome
* uBlock Origin installed but disabled for gelbooru.com domain

The same ads are shown regardless of if the Banner Ad Ad Type is enabled or not.

Make sure that you have at least two ad types enabled. You can only disable one ad type at a time.
