| Summary: | Live chat - no notification noise or banner |
| Description: | Since the live chat came back, it seems like there's no notifications beyond the tab title changing to say "New Message" briefly. I'm sure it used to make a sound as well, and you used to have a banner at the top of the site pages saying you had a new message. Were these removed or is this a bug? This is with Firefox, I've confirmed the tab isn't muted. People I've spoken with say they've noticed the same thing. |

| It's a bug and the new message notifications on the main site have not worked. Unsure about the sound not playing, you'll need to check the network tab in your browser to see if the sound is even being loaded. |
