| Summary: | Start logging everything |
| Description: | There are a lot of user and moderator actions which aren't currently logged, but which should be. Many of these probably should be logged in case of abuse, even if all we log is the contextual location (post ID, forum thread ID), user (IP, and if applicable, username), action type (deleted comment, locked thread, edited forum post), and the ID of the action (comment ID, forum post ID, etc). |
| Additional Info: | These logs wouldn't even necessarily need to be accessible by the moderation team; just throwing them into a table that site owners can access directly via a MySQL client or phpMyAdmin would probably be good enough. |
