It looks like a drop of non-transparent grey liquid with a smiley face. Introduced in the original game, it is a basically a slime_(Dragon_Quest) with a metallic body. Thus, metal slime is nearly identical to a normal slime, with its only notable differences being its gray coloring and metallic luster.
