Now Viewing: zwei_(rwby)Tag type: Character A black headed Pembroke Welsh Corgi dog from the web animation series RWBY. He is Ruby, Yang, and their father Taiyang Xiao Long's pet. He is introduced in episode 8 of volume 2. Taiyang decides to mail Zwei to his daughters as he is going to be away for awhile. Ruby and Yang are excited to have him around. Weiss initially protests, but she is quickly won over by Zwei's cuteness. Blake, on the other hand, is wary. Zwei is very physically flexible and sturdy. He is somehow able to contort himself into a cylindrical shape so that he can fit into Taiyang's mail. During his first major battle, he is turned into a flaming baseball by Professor Oobleck who uses his weapon to hit Zwei at giant mechs. The mechs are destroyed while Zwei is unharmed.
