Now Viewing: off-shoulder_sweaterTag type: General A specific type of shoulder-less sweater with an extremely wide neckline which ensures that the garment sits just below the shoulders, leaving them bare_shoulders. Often features a thicker, sometimes mantle-like hem along the top. Frequently appears as a distinct variant of ribbed_sweater. Should not be used for a normal or moderately wide-necked sweater simply being worn off_shoulder (post #2071030). Does not imply off_shoulder by default, despite the name. Only add off_shoulder if it meets the requirements of that tag -- adjusted for the fact that this garment is already off the shoulders. * It is off_shoulder when it's notably slipping down one shoulder (post #2036637), a considerable distance down both shoulders and showing plenty of breast (post #1921328), or is on the verge of falling right off (post #1870549) * It is not off_shoulder if it's slightly lower than normal, but not exceptionally so. Anything lower than as shown in post #2040953 is probably off_shoulder.
