A Hell fairy and subordinate of Hecatia_Lapislazuli. She has very_long_hair, blonde_hair and pink_eyes, and wears a polka_dot jester_cap and American_flag-themed clothes: a short dress/shirt with a frilled_collar and pantyhose/leggings. As a fairy, she has plain fairy_wings, and she also carries a torch with her. She has the power to drive someone to madness. According to Touhou's creator, Oota_Jun'ya, she's specifically a Lampad [1], a kind of underworld nymph which are companions of the Greek goddess Hecate, whom Hecatia_Lapislazuli is based on.
