Her muffler is actually a rabbit creature named Don-chan_(Usada_Pekora) She is a mischievous girl who likes to play pranks or comically antagonize her fellow vtubers when they play together, but when things go poorly, she resorts to begging for mercy. She often ends her sentences with -peko. Although she looks relatively young, she is actually 111 years old. She is famous for her distinctive laugh, which is often rendered as "AH↓ HA↑ HA↑ HA↑" by fansubbers. While she is rambunctious during her streams, she is noted by her friends/coworkers to be very shy off-stream and has a lone wolf mentality when it comes to streaming, doing collabs less frequently than her peers. However, in 2020, she steadily became more open to collaborating with others, a change sparked by her surprise friendship with Hololive Indonesia's Hoshinova Moona. In spite of rabbits' infamous reputation and her semi revealing default outfit, Pekora is usually one of the less sexual members in Hololive with her humor coming more from her cartoonish mischief. This has also led to Pekora being popular among child audiences and she became the star of a shojo manga published on Ciao Plus: Ciao Rabbitality Project! VTuber Usada Pekora is Pekoming for You! Pekora steadily became one of the more prominent vtubers in Hololive Japan, with over 2.7 million subscribers by June 2025, and has even attracted the attention of major game developers such as Kojima_Hideo who included her as a supporting character in Death_Stranding_2:_On_the_Beach.
