It appears in Resident_Evil_Village in the Beneviento House and quickly became the most famous monster from said game. It is a monster whose head resembles a human baby albeit grotesquely distorted and enlarged with a wide gaping mouth that can fit a human body inside. Its torso is twisted 180 degrees from its legs and resembles a locust. Due to its deformed body, it can only crawl after the player, but its mouth is wide enough that it will instantly catch and kill the player if they get too close. In spite of its appearance, it sounds exactly like a real life baby with only a few distortion effects. It's notably the only enemy in said game with no files on it, and due to the mind-bending nature of the Beneviento House, it's ambiguous as to whether or not it's a real monster or a realistic hallucination meant to scare Ethan Winters.
