She's the daughter of a famous tea ceremony master, and a high school student attending Senno Private School as a part of the Home Economics Course Class 2-B. She's often seen wearing her kimono around school grounds despite being told to wear it only in the tea room, and usually does not wear any bras or panties with it on, which helps her dress emphasis her huge_breasts and huge_ass greatly. She's currently engaged to the Classical Literature teacher Iida Torio, but has yet to do anything sexual with him. She falls victim to Mitsuro and his Sex Life Guidance Notebook, and is hypnotized into believing that sexual guidance a course requirement. At the end of her episode, Yayoi becomes pregnant with Mitsuro's child, but is tricked into believing that the baby is considered Torio's due to it being conceived during guidance. The fertilization between Mitsuro's sperm_cell and Yayoi's ovum occurs right at the same time she accepts Torio's marriage request.
