Guidelines Don't use when the character is nude or completely_nude. Don't use when you can't see the character's lower body. You should be able to tell the character is wearing bottom clothing. Use nude instead. Don't use if the character is wearing a bra or bikini_top_only. Use no_shirt instead. Don't use bare_shoulders, bare_back, or bare_arms with this tag. Don't use this tag for male characters. Topless_female is for female characters only. See topless_male for male characters. Don't use for monster_girls who don't normally wear bottom clothing. Use nude instead. Don't use this tag if the character is wearing only a corset. Don't use when a character's clothing has been pulled down or lifted up only partway from the torso. breasts_out might apply instead. Wearing pasties or bondage still counts as topless.
