Now Viewing: rewriteTag type: Copyright Rewrite (リライト Riraito) is a Japanese visual novel developed by Key that was released on June 24, 2011 as a DVD playable on a Microsoft Windows PC. Rewrite is Key's ninth game, along with other titles such as Kanon, Air, and Clannad. The gameplay in Rewrite follows a plot line which offers pre-determined scenarios with courses of interaction, and focuses on the appeal of the five female main characters. There have been three manga adaptations based on Rewrite: one each serialized in ASCII Media Works' Dengeki G's Magazine, ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Daioh, and Ichijinsha's Manga 4-koma Palette.
