Now Viewing: amy_roseTag type: Character Amy Rose (エミー・ローズ, Emī Rōzu?) is a anthropomorphic pink hedgehog that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog Series, as a reoccurring side character, making her canon debut in the titular 1993 release of Sonic CD, as a "Damsel in Distress" type character, in her more recent appearances, she's portrayed as Sonic's friend, and a helping hand to Sonic and Co. Her appearance is that of a pink anthropomorphic hedgehog, and bright green eyes, usually sporting a sleeveless red dress and matching boots, with golden wrist bands on both of her forearms. Like the rest of the Sonic the Hedgehog cast she wears large white gloves on both of her hands. Amy is a cheerful, though slightly erratic girl, with a positive attitude and boundless energy. However, she has a scary temper and her infatuation with Sonic makes her short-sighted and a bit obsessive about him, having followed him everywhere since meeting him.
