In the original scene Subaru and Teana are in a training fight with Nanoha. Teana is pushing herself to her limit in an attempt to accomplish her deceased brother's dream of becoming an enforcer. Teana and Subaru devise a dangerous strategy to defeat Nanoha in the training fight, but unfortunately for them, it completely backfires and Teana breaks down, prompting Nanoha to tell her to cool her head before Nanoha easily counters and knocks out Teana. The original TV version and the DVD release version of this scene are notably drawn differently and the difference changes the meaning of the scene. In the former version, Nanoha has a darker expression when she delivers the line, making her appear quite angry or possibly unstable mentally. In the latter, Nanoha has a softer concerned expression. It's possible that the former was an error on the animators' part as Strikers was noted for having a few off model moments in the original broadcast, which were fixed in the DVD release.
