He is a sweeper like Saeba Ryou. His style of fighting is much more destructive as he favors deadly traps and large weapons like rocket launchers and machine guns. He also has superhuman strength and endurance. He is generally referred to as Umibozu, but his real name is Ijuin Hayato. He eventually works at the Cat's Eye cafe alongside sweeping. His size, fighting prowess, and deadly serious demeanor often scares off people, but in reality, he is a compassionate man. Unlike Ryou, he has difficulty talking to women and when he has to deal with women, he often asks Ryou to represent him. However, he is very aware of Ryou's womanizing and even though he asks Ryou to talk to the women, he still feels the need to be somewhere close to Ryou and the women to ensure that Ryou keeps his hands off the women. He is also afraid of cats, especially if they're cute. He is voiced by Gendo_Tessyo.
