She has brown_eyes and short_hair, black hair with short_hair_with_long_locks (payot). Her shirt (which resembles Yukikaze_(Kantai_Collection)'s) is tied_shirt, and she wears a small smokestack-like hat cocked to the left (much like Amatsukaze_(Kantai_Collection)). She also wears black_legwear lowleg_pantyhose with a side-seamed_legwear, and white_panties, side-tie_panties, panties_under_pantyhose. Her shoes are red_shoes, rudder_shoes, high_heels, like those worn by Shimakaze_(Kantai_Collection), Yukikaze_(Kantai_Collection), and others. Tokitsukaze's official art (post #2362212) deliberately gives her a somewhat dog-like appearance (much like Yuudachi_(Kantai_Collection), Ashigara_(Kantai_Collection), and sometimes Shigure_(Kantai_Collection)). Specifically, the hair towards the back of her head ends in streaks of light grey_hair that cause it to resemble large, fluffy dog ears, and the tied-off corner of her shirt is placed and angled in such a way as to resemble a dog's tail. These features, along with some of her behaviors and lines, often inspire artists to portray her as a dog. Note: Some artists draw her with very high thighhighs instead of lowleg_pantyhose, and many more completely skip the side seam (side-seamed_legwear) (as well as other details) altogether.
