She is an aspiring leotard wearing dancer who moves in next to Ryou's apartment. The room she resides in is said to be haunted, but Maiko is financially struggling so she has little choice but to live in said room and travel through the more dangerous parts of Shinjuku in order to attend dance classes. Maiko suspects that a thief has been rummaging through her room when she's away, but she believes that a charm in the shape of a little girl doll that she's always wearing has been protecting her. Although she is nervous, she initially refuses Ryou's services due to Ryou's lechery and because she has yet to be put in immediate danger. However, after Ryou rescues her when she's attacked while walking home in the middle of the night, she accepts his services. She is voiced by Koguchi_Kuniko.
