She is part of Raiden's mission control in Metal Gear Rising Revengeance. She is a friendly young woman who gives emotional support to Raiden. She is also the person who saves Raiden's game, much like Rose in Metal Gear Solid 2. She is enthusiastic about helping out, but she is quite clumsy with a bad habit of spilling her coffee. Kevin often moves her coffee cup away from her arms whenever she's distracted in order to prevent more spills. She also has an interest in cuisine and in her codecs often talks a lot about the local food of whatever location Raiden is at.
