A middle aged hat wearing man with a beard. He is one of Gillian's coworkers at Junker HQ.

He is an engineer and the tech wizard of the group. He is generally a friendly man but he is more hostile when he's drunk. Even though he doesn't really know Gillian, he feels a strange connection and closeness to him. Unlike Gillian, he does not have amnesia, but he does not remember his parents as they disappeared from his life when he was very young. He keeps a photo of himself with his parents but the photo does not help as the top part of the photo showing his parents' faces has been ripped up.

He also designed Metal Gear Mk. II and designs the Junker's robot companions.

He is voiced by Saikachi_Ryuuji.
