She has red_eyes and brown_hair, which is curled into twin_drills and adorned with a red_bow hair_bow. She wears a Meiji_schoolgirl_uniform (reflecting the fact that she and her sisters were built during the Taisho era, when this style of dress was still prominent) that consists of a pink_kimono, a red_hakama with cherry_blossom petals on it, and cross-laced_footwear high_heel_boots. She also carries a red oriental_umbrella and has an anchor_ornament on her hakama. Harukaze speaks in a sweet, polite way, and is voiced by Noto_Mamiko.
