He is a blonde young man who is constantly wearing a hat with stars and a horse hoof on it. He was formerly a talented horse racer, but ever since his legs were broken he has fallen on hard times. Despite his talent, he was not his father's favorite son and the two of them have a dysfunctional relationship. Although he is relegated to a wheelchair, he still feels a desire to race again, and he is inspired after he sees Gyro Zeppeli uses his steel balls in a fight. He teams up with Gyro throughout the eponymous Steel Ball Run. He is still able to ride a horse, but of course, he is incapable of walking or running. He eventually gains a Stand named Tusk which allows him to shoot his fingernails like bullets.
