Kawashiro Mitori is a fan-created Touhou character, boss of the Phantasm Stage in Subterranean_Animism. She is Kawashiro_Nitori's older sister. Now she hates both species. She has the power to prohibit everything. Her design is based on a keyhole, and the motif of her staff is a Japanese road_sign for "road_closed_to_vehicles". Sometimes the sign in her staff is "road_closed (to all)" [1], "no_parking" or no_entry. Other road_signs as well as caution_tape and keep_out tape are also associated with Kawashiro Mitori. The title of the BGM for her stage is "The Kappa Way as Said - One-way Accelerator". The VIPPERs of 2ch created Mitori. But, they wisely didn't use "安価 (anka)" to make her profiles.
