Now Viewing: light_cruiser_himeTag type: Character 軽巡棲姫 AKA "Light Cruiser Princess", is a type of boss-tier special Shinkansei-kan enemy in Kantai_Collection. Like many Shinkaisei-kan, she has pale_skin, and long_hair, black_hair. Unlike most Shinkaisei-kan, she notably has parted_bangs, and an all-black version of the dress, boots and elbow_gloves that a Sendai_(Kantai_Collection)-class would wear, replete with single-cannon turrets, although her left arm is dominated by a large toothy maw bearing torpedo launchers and a glowing orb. Another salient point is that she wears a bondage-style blindfold over her eyes with two curly horns sticking out of it. The character design is an unmistakable reference to Jintsuu_(Kantai_Collection), and considering the event, is a reference to the IJN Jintsuu's sinking in the Battle of Kolombangara [1], where Jintsuu remained behind to let the destroyers escape, winding up being completely destroyed (split in half by torpedoes) by the Allied attack force.
