Her real identity is Fuji Susumi (藤 寿々美 hiragana: ふじ すすみ), the teenage daughter of local Police Chief, Inspector Fuji. As Maboroshi Panty she wears a pair of panties on her head with two holes for her eyes, panties, gloves, boots and a scarf. In this guise, she fights crime in her school.
