She is is Komuro Takashi's childhood friend and crush. Unfortunately for Takashi, she is in a relationship with Hisashi at the beginning of the story. The relationship between Rei and Takashi grows more complicated after Takashi is forced to kill the zombified Hisashi, but they manage to work together well despite the sexual tension between them and still, at the very least, consider each other friends. She specializes in using spear-like objects in combat. She is voiced by Inoue_Marina.
